Milk low fat- 200ml
Eggs- 3
Malai/Cream - 10gm
Sugarfree powder- 20gm
Vanilla essence- 1tbsp
Red food colour - 2-3 drops
Cooking oil spray- 5gm
Whisk the eggs nicely in a bowl and then add milk, red food colour and vanilla essence and whisk again.
In a nonstick pan, spray oil and ladle out the above batter in it. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.
Cook the crepe for about minutes, until the bottom is light golden brown. Loosen with spatula and take it in a plate. Let it cool down.
To assemble the crepes, first lay out in the plate and sprinkle the sugafree powder and then continue the stack with remaining crepes. Garnish it with cream and pistachios and refrigerate for - minutes! Serve chill !
