Pasta generic - 50gm
Chicken breast - 100gm
Broccoli- 100gm
Bell pepper - 150gm
All purpose flour/ Maida - 10gm
Butter - 10gm
Milk low fat - 150ml
Cheese spread - 20gm
Spices - salt, black pepper powder, oregano and herbs
Cut the chicken breast into chunks and then sauté in the pan adding butter followed by salt, pepper and oregano until it’s cooked through. Take it in a plate and keep it aside.
Boil the pasta until it’s semi cooked and drain out the water. Run it through cold water to avoid sticking of it and keep it aside as well.
In the same pan, add broccoli florets and bell pepper slits and sauté it for about minutes. Don’t loose the crunchiness and keep it aside
Now, in the same pan, add butter gm followed by all purpose flour and let it sauté for a minute. Now slowly add milk and whisk it continuously using whisker so as to avoid any lumps. Add water if required. Add all the dry spices and cheese and let it simmer for about a minute.
Add pasta, chicken and sautéed broccoli and bell peppers. Mix it nicely and enjoy 😋
