Cauliflower florets - 50 g
Breast boneless chicken -80 g ( marinated with ginger garlic paste & boiled )
Garlic pods chopped-2 pods
Black Pepper powder
Wheat flour-5 g
OliveOil/ butter-3 g
Salt
-In a nonstick pan heat oil/ butter
-Add chopped garlic in the pan stir and add cauliflower florets ( garlic should remain white , do not burn till brown )
-add salt and little Water
-Cover with lid and cook till cauliflower florets are tender
-Cool and remove caulifower , do not throw remaining water
-Grind cauliflower florets in the mixer with g flour to form a smooth creamy paste
-Cook this paste on a slow flame in the same plan , add cauli water ( left after boiling cauli) Add additional water if too thick , cosistancy should be that of thick creamy soup
-Add black pepper , boiled chicken and adjust salt , simmer
- Garnish with spring onions & serve hot , enjoy!!!!!
