wheat flour 40gm
soya chunks 60gm
whey concentrate 2 scoop
ghee 30gm
milk 60ml
erythritol 1 cup
vanilla essence or any other flavour
grind soya chunks to make powder. and keep the oven to pre heat for min at ℃>
take all ingredients at room temperature.
take ghee and add erythritol into it and whip it to make it fluffy and light. mix vanilla essence in it and mix.
add all the dry ingredients into it. ( sieve them and add)
add milk and make dough. don't add all milk in one go.
make dough balls ( I made out of it) so gave macros of cookie here.
grease the microwave tawa with drop of ghee.
keep dough ball in oven for mints at ℃.
let it cool down and store.
