Dariya dal roasted and powdered:60gms
Stevia as per taste
Oil/ ghee :4 gms
Cocoa powder:5gms
Skimmed milk hot: 200ml
Desiccated coconut:2gms (optional)
STEPS: .Heat pan . Add ghee . Let it heat up . Add powdered daal and saute till it turns golden brown . Add cocoa powder and saute for another seconds .Add stevia as per taste and saute well . Now add hot milk in batches little by little and keep stirring without any lumps . Due to cocoa powder it will take some time to get in to halwa consistency keep stirring . When liquid evaporates and reaches halwa / paste consistency , remove from stove top . Drizzle some desiccated coconut and serve hot
