Soyabean Granules powder: 50g
Rawa/Suji: 20g
Butter: 25g
Milk: 100g
Cocoa powder (unsweetened): 15g
Stevia to taste
Salt: 1-2 pinch
Lemon juice- 1/2 lemon
Baking powder 1/4 teaspoon
Eno fruit salt: 1/4 teaspoon
Take a sieve and seive following dry ingredients togeather (Soyabean granules powder +Rawa+ Cocoa+ Salt+ Baking powder)
Add melted butter and milk and mix well. Then add Stevia and mix well.
Finally add eno salt & lemon water. Give a good mix (/ lemon juice in / cup of water apx.)
Greese the baking plate/ tray / bowl and pour the batter
Steam it in an instant pot on low flame for minutes. Then a standby time of - minutes
Open and prick a knife to check if it's cooked well. keep it to rest untill it reaches room temperature. Take out and divide into portions.
Can be consumed warm or chilled
