60 g Macaroni
10 g Ghee
8-10 Garlic Pieces
2-3 whole red chilli
75 g tomato
1 tsp Vinegar
Black pepper(as per taste)
Oregano
25 g cheese
Salt
In a pan, heat cups water and ½ teaspoon salt. Bring it to a boil.
Add Macaroni
Begin to cook macaroni on medium to medium-high flame.
Cook macaroni till they are done
Drain all the water and keep cooked macaroni aside.
Heat Ghee/ butter in a pan , add chopped Garlic , tomato and red chilli paste. You can also ginger-garlic paste instead
Mix well
Now add all the spice powders one by one black pepper powder,turmeric powder, garam masala powder,Kashmiri red chilli powder,coriander powder and cumin powder.
Now add vegetables of your choice ( option)
Add cheese
Once it’s done , add the cooked macaroni.
Add salt as per taste.
Lastly add teaspoon mixed dry herbs basil, thyme, oregano, parsley. You can also add dried herbs of your choice.
