Corriander :100gm
Green chillies :10-12(adjust according to your spicy levels)
Salt as per taste
Ginger:1/2 inch
Garlic cloves:5-10
Chicken breast : 200gms
Paneer : for dressing :10gms
Oil as per macros
Curry leaves :4-5
Onion:40gms :within macros
Lime juice :1spoon
STEPS: Paste: . Add corriander leaves,ginger ,garlic,green chillies to blender and blend to smooth
Marinate: Take chicken in a bowl add the paste made above and marinate chicken foe around - hrs and refrigerate or you can keep it aside Note: use the paste as much as only required for marination and keep rest aside /save for later
Cooking: . Heat pan . Add ghee or oil . Add curry leaves let it splutter . Add onions and saute well . Add marinated chicken . Saute well wait till chicken is cooked well . Now add remaining paste you made earlier . Saute and cook well in low flame until the paste thickens . Now add a spoons of lime juice and mix well . Serve it into a bowl and grate paneer on top
