Ingredients

150 gms of chicken breast

100-150 gm cooked rice

half a capsicum, carrot and 4-5 green peas

1 tomatoe and half an onion

salt and pepper to taste

ginger garlic (1/2 tsp)

shezwan sauce 1 spoon full

Method

Step 1

Boil the chicken for -, minutes in water with added salt( can marinate the chicken with black pepper and ginger garlic paste min earlier)

Step 2

cook - gms of rice

Step 3

finely chop the vegetables I.e. carrot, tomatoes, onion,green peas , carrots ( or any vegetable of your choice)

Step 4

add tsp of ghee/ vegetable oil/ refined oil to a frying pan and cook finely chopped onions into it until golden brown

Step 5

add other vegetables after this with salt and pepper to taste

Step 6

chop the boil chicken to edible size pieces and add that to the frying pan with the vegetables

Step 7

add shezwan sauce and after a minute of cooking add the cooked rice and mix it well
