200gms Minced Chicken Breast
20ml Butter
1 Medium sized chopped onion
1tsp lime juice
1tsp chicken seekh kabab masala
1/2 cumin powder
1/2 Red chilli powder
1tsp coriander powder
1/2tsp Garam masala powder
100gm Boiled potato(mashed)
10gm Rice Flour
chopped coriander leaves
In a large bowl add chicken,ml butter ,chopped onion,mashed potato,lime juice rice flour and all dry species.Mix it well and make a smooth texture.
Grease your hands with little butter take a small portion of mixture and shape it now place a skewer in the middle,press it inside then shape the mixture around the skewer.
Melt the remaining butter in pan place the kabab over it and cook til golden brown, keep rotating until it becomes crisp.serve hot with mint chutney and onion rings.
