Oil 10g
Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp

Dry ginger powder
Heat oil in a pan and add elachi,cloves,ginger garlic paste and dry methi leaves,cumin and sauté for min
Add chicken and cover with lid.cook at med flame for -min
Add salt,turmeric and red chilli powder and cook for more minutes
Add puréed tomatoes and cook at high flame without cover till oil starts coming on the sides
Brisk curd and add it now and mix well.add fennel seeds powder & dry ginger powder &cook for min
Add cup water or more as per consistency Required
Cook for min with out lid
Turn off flame and it’s ready to serve

Garnish with coriander and serve hot with rice/roti
