Ingredients

chicken- 200 gm

zucchini

bell peppers

spring onion

onion

green chilli

sesame seeds

rice-60 gm

coconut oil -10 gm

Method

Step 1

Add oil/ghee to the pan . Add Beans (medium length) and fry it for mins. Remove the beans from the pan. . In the same pan with oil/ghee add small onion (cut into pieces) and Chicken (as per macros). Saute for - mins on high flame. Tip:Cut chicken into small cubes so that it cooks even and fast. Add salt and black pepper .add chopped veggies (i used zucchini,bell peppers) and saute for - mins. .add soy sauce,vinegar and schezwan sauce (approx gms) and cook for mins . Serve hot with Steamed rice & garnish with Spring onion and sesame seeds.
