Spices- oregano,chilli flakes,garlic powder,onion flakes

For meat balls Add chopped onions,corainder,garlic powder,onion flakes,oregani,cumin powder,chilli flakes salt and egg white to minced chicken breast. Make small balls of equal size. Bake at degrees for - mins.
For Stir fry veggies Add oil to a pan Add onion + veggies and cook at high flame for mins and keep stirring. Add salt,black pepper,soya sauce,vinegar Add chicken meat balls and schezwan sauce or hot garlic sauce and cook for minutes Mix corn flour in water and add to the pan. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with steamed rice!
