Ingredients

Chicken breast Boneless-200 gm

Rice-65 gm

Brinjal- 1 medium

Potato- 100 gm

Ghee- 15 gm

Onion and Tomato 1 big for chicken n Bharta both

Green chilli 2

Corainder

Salt,jeera powder,jeera,Garam masala

Method

Step 1

For Chicken Only

Step 2

Step - Add Ghee to a pan

Step 3

Step - Add choppen onion followed by ginger garlic paste and cook until light brown.

Step 4

Step - Add chicken and cook for mins on high flame

Step 5

step - Add salt,Jeera powder and cook for mins

Step 6

Step - Add grated tomato and cook for mins

Step 7

Step - Add garam masala and cook for mins and add a cup of water. Cook for few minus and put a lif on the pan and cook further for - mins

Step 8

Step - Garnish with Corainder and serve with rice and veggies
