Ingredients

Maida 50g

Chicken Breast 50g

Half onion, half tomato (chopped), and ginger garlic paste

Oil 10g

salt and other spices (I used garam masala, dhania powder, red chili powder, and a pinch of amchur powder)

Ajwain (for dough)

Method

Step 1

For keema: In a pan add g oil chopped onion and tomatoes and ginger garlic paste, and cook for about - minutes, add shredded chicken breast and add a little water. Mix it, cover it and cook it for about - minutes on sim.

Step 2

For Samosa: Knead a maida dough (add ajwain and salt while kneading), make a small ball, roll it, cut it in half, make a cone, add filling and press it to close. I made small samosas out of this. Apply the rest of the oil on the samosas with the help of the brush and put it in an air fryer at ° for about minutes and ° for the last minutes. Tada, it is ready 🌸🌸
