150 g Chicken breast
250 g potatoes cut into cubes
300 g veggies thickly sliced ( I used red and yellow bell peppers)
100 gm onion thickly sliced
15 g olive oil
1 Whole Egg
Chicken - Make slashes. Use your choice of spices to marinate. I used salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika powder and red chilli powder. Marinate for minimum mins. Heat g olive oil in a pan on high flame. Place the chicken breast on the pan. Pan should be well heated to get a good sear on the chicken breast. After seconds flip. Once you get a good sear on both sides, lower the flame. Cover and cook till chicken is cooked through. Keep flipping in between.
Fried potatoes - see my recipe of Cheesy Fried Potatoes - https://www.fittr.com/recipes/ For this recipe i used g olive oil to fry potatoes and then veggies and onion.
Veggies - After frying potatoes, I used the same pan to cook the red and yellow bell peppers. I used oregano and salt for seasoning. Cook on high heat to get a nice smoky flavour. Once veggies are % done, add the onion and fry until done.
Fried egg - Add g oil to a heated pan. Cook your fried egg. season with salt and pepper.
