salt, chilli powder, tandoori masala, garam masala, chat masala(must), coriander powder, lemon, ginger garlic paste
Marinate chicken breast with lemon salt chilli powder coriander powder and ginger garlic paste. Keep aside Dry rost besan in a pan and keep aside. In a bowl take the hung curd and then add roasted besan, hung curd, garam masala, tandoori masala mustard oil and chat masala and mix well. Add this mixture to the marinated chicken and refrigerate it for minimum minutes. After that place the marinated breast pieces in barbecue skewers and grill in otg. you can grill in gas stove top by placing grill plate.. cook till the chicken is cooked. serve with green chutney and salad 😊
