Any chicken biriyani or pilaf masala 1 tbsp
Ghee 10grams
Ginger and garlic paste 1 tbsp

Raw rice 60 grams
Take a pan add ghee fry the onions, add salt and turmeric them add ginger garlic paste let it cook for few minutes until ginger and garlic loses raw flavors
Add chopped capsicum, tomato chopped sort it and let it cook for few minutes on a medium flame
Add chicken and sort so that all the masala and ghee should be attached to chicken and let it cook for few minutes until the water which came out of chicken evaporated
Then add the chosen chicken biriyani or pilaf masala and sort for two minutes on a low flame
Take a rice cooker or pressure cooker add rice and water in to it
Add the gravy which was cooked along with chicken in that and cook for to minutes until the water evaporates
Water should be just enough to cook rice here I took / cup of rice so I added cup of water you could take less than that so that the rice won’t get mashed
And pilaf is ready garnish with cilantro or coriander leafs and serve
