100 gm Paneer - diced in small cubes
Egg - 6
Onion - 25gm - sliced
Green Peas/corn - 25 gm (optional)
amul cheese - 2 slice
butter - 10gm
salt to taste
red chilli powder - 1 pinch
Oregano/Chilli flakes
Pizza Sauce/ketchup - half spoon
shallow fry paneer cubes, onion slices and green peas in gm butter
Keep the fried ingredients aside
Beat eggs and egg whites in separate bowls, add salt and red chilli powder to taste
Add gm butter in a pre-heated pan and Pour beaten egg into the pan
Add small pieces of cheese slice on this egg batter to make a cheesy crust
Let it settle on low flame for min
Once settled, pour the egg white batter, add a bit of pizza sauce/ketchup on top, distribute it evenly
Add cheese slice with the shallow fried paneer, onion and peas/corn on top of the batter
Cover the lid of the pan and keep the stove at medium flame until the cheese starts bubbling
Take the pizza out of the pan, sprinkle some oregano and chilli flakes and cut into slices
Serve hot
