25 gm rice flour 25 gm cooked boiled rice (leftover) Butter/ghee/oil 5 gm Mustured seed(राई) Sesame seed(तिल) Turmeric a pinch Red chili powder according to taste Salt to taste Curry leaves
)mix cooked rice and rice flour add salt in it and meshed it well and make a soft dough )now take a small pinch of dough from it and make cylinder shape from (as shown in given pic) . This dough, repeat this process till the dough not get finish )now heat your oil in vessel add mustered seed, sesame seed green chili, turmeric, chili powder, curry leaves, )when all the above ingredients get splatter then add your cylindrical shaped balls in it sprinkle little water in it add little salt )now put a plate on it, and wait for min or till then it get completely cooked )add coriander leave in it (optional) )ready to eat....
