Cauliflower-150 g shredded
Prawns-100 g
Bottle gourd- 100 g
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Lemon juice-1 tsp
Chopped garlic green chilli-1 tsp
Red chilli powder -1 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Salt
Onion-30 g
Corriander leaves-optional
Coconut oil/ oil -6 g
Corriander powder-1 tsp
Kokum / tomatoes - optional
For cauli rice- Clean and shred cauliflower, using chopper or grate it finely Brush oil on a non stick pan And stir fry cauliflower , add salt Add seasoning of your choice Done
For prawns gravy- Clean and devein prawns Marinate with ginger garlic paste,lemon juice ,salt,turmeric powder,red chilli powder Finally grate bottle gourd In a pan heat tsp oil , add chopped garlic,chilli and onion, a pinch of salt When onion turns brown add grated bottom gourd Stir it for a while Then add marinated prawns Cook until prawns are done Add kokum if you like Adjust salt Garnish with chopped corriander and enjoyyyy !!!!
