Cabbage raw shredded-100 g
Defatted soya flour/ chunks powder- 20 g
Besan( chickpea flour) / rice flour -20 g
Sesame seeds- 5 g - optional
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
Ginger - half inch
Green chilli- chopped- as required
Tomato- 50 g
White onion- 50 g
Salt
Corriander- chopped
Coconut oil/ olive oil- 5 g
Dhania jeera powder -1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Mix salt with shredded cabbage
Add defatted soya flour, besan ,dhania jeera powder,ginger garlic paste
Mix properly & make small Tikki
Roll in sesame seeds
Brush oil on non stick pan
Place Tikki, cover with lid and cook for two mins
Remove lid and turn and roast other side
For tomato chutney- grind together tomato, white onion,green chilli,salt & corriander leaves It should be coarse mixture
