Incredients: 1.Soya Chunks 100g 2.Onion 120g 3.Tomato 30g 4.Butter 10g 5.Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp 6. Turmeric , chilli powder, garam masala , dhanya powder and salt 7. Coriander and Curry leaves 8. Cucumber 80g
Steps: . Soak soya chunks in water for -mins. . Add Butter in the Kadai once it get heated add Curry leaves. . Then add Onion and ginger garlic paste. . Add all the soaked soya into the Kadai and stir well for min. .Add Tomoto and turmeric powder / tsp, chilli powder tsp, dhanya powder tsp,garam masala tsp, and salt as required. . Add some water and stir well for mins. .Take coriander leaves and one sliced cucumber and decorate the plate and have tasty Butter Soya Gravy.
Note : *You can also use ghee/coconut oil/olive oil instead of Butter.
