Ingredients

Rice - 30 g

Beans - 50g ( soak overnight)

Butter - 10 g

Onion -100g

Tomato - 100g

Potato -100g

Curd - 50g

Lemon - 1 tsp

Green, red and yellow capsicum mix - 100 g or any vegetables of your choice

Salt and black pepper as per taste

Handful of coriander

Chopped green chilli

Garlic cloves 2

Method

Step 1

Beans - Boil beans with salt and pepper until soft

Step 2

Butter -Garlic Rice - Add g of butter to the sauce pan and add chopped garlic to it. Let it cook until raw smell of garlic is gone. Add rice and cook it with little chopped coriander

Step 3

Vegetables- in a pan add of butter and cook the diced potato seasoned with salt. Keep these aside. In the same pan add bell peppers and onion, cook them on high flame for - min. Season it with salt and pepper

Step 4

Sauce - In a bowl take g of thick curd, add salt, pepper, chopper coriander and chilli to it. Mix everything together

Step 5

Sauce - in a chopper add onion, tomato, salt, lime juice, coriander leaves and chopped everything coarsely
