300gm Bhindi (Okra)
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 tablespoon oil
Salt and spices
3 green chilli
1/2 tablespoon chopped ginger and garlic
1 onion
Rinse grams of Okra in runny water
Chop them to half inch pieces, remove head and tail.
Sliced onion , green chilly , ginger and garlic
Heat tablespoon oil in a pan or heavy based kadai and add cumin seeds
Now add garlic and ginger and saute it for mins in medium flame
Add sliced onions and green chilli
Keep stirring then untill they turned light golden
Add chopped bhindi and mix them untill they are half cooked and yet crunchy but they should not stick anymore
Add salt and other spices as per your taste
Saute for - minutes
Keep mixing and cook untill soft
serve with rice and chapati
