Skimmed milk 100 gms
Ghee 15 gms
- Grate beet root
- Sauté all measured nuts in ghee and keep aside
- Add ghee in kadhayi and once it’s hot add grated beet root
- Sauté well for - min and add ml of Skimmed Milk and let it boil
- Stir for a min and then put the flame low and cover
- Let it cook for min and then add sugar, raisins and elaichi pwd accordingly
- Mix well and cook it till you get it dry on high flame
- Its ready, garnish with fried nuts (cashew & almonds)
