Chicken breast 100 gm
Coconut milk 20 ml
Mix vegetables 100 gms
Rice 50 gms (any ) (i used black rice)
Basil leaves
Spices
Sesame seeds for presentation
Oil 5 gms
Take a bowl. Cut the vegetables and boiled chicken separately.
Take a pan and heat the oil, saute boiled chicken and vegetables.
Make a paste of basil leaves and keep aside.
Now mix the basil paste and coconut milk with the vegetables and chicken. Add the spices. And bring it to boil and cook.
Let it cook for - mins.
Take a pan and boil rice.
Basil thai curry is ready. Garnish the dish as per your liking(i pour some sesame seeds.
Serve it hot.
