Eggs -2
Basil 5-6 leaves chopped finely
Salt as per taste
Oregano seasoning as per taste
Onion flakes couple of pinches
black pepper powder as per taste
One slice bread
Chilli flakes
Break the eggs and mix them with about tablespoon of water
Add everything except bread and chilli flakes to the egg mix. Whisk nicely.
Pour the mix into a non stick pan mildly heated on low heat. Cover and cook on medium heat for a min or two.
Uncover. Add the bread slice on top while the mix is still little wet. Flip the bread so the soaked side now comes on top.
Cover the pan let it cook for another min or so again on low to medium heat. Uncover to check, if omlette is starting to get brown on the sides, it will start to come off. You might have to gently use spatula to check and it should come right off.
Flip the omlette so the bread is now on the bottom. Cover and cook for another couple of mins. Flip, top the bread side with chilli flakes. Gobble up.
