whole wheat aata - 1 cup
brown sugar - 1/4 cup
3 overripe banana
Almonds(ground)- 30
baking powder - 3/4 teaspoon
baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon
Coffee powder - as per taste
olive oil -1/8 cup
milk - 1/4 cup
salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Mash banana and sugar well together
Add milk, olive oil and mix well
seive all the dry ingredients and fold with banana mixture evenly
add ground almond chunks into the mixture
grease the baking tin with some olive oil(minimal quantity)pour the mixture into a baking tin.the consistency will not be very runny sprinkle a lil bit of coffee powder on the mixture.
preheat the oven and bake at degree Celsius for mins
let it cool and cut it into equal size slices
