Rolled oats: 50 gm

Bananas, chopped: 110 gm

Eggs: 1 piece

Vanilla extract: 2-3 ml

Baking powder: 1 tspn

Salt, optional: A pinch

To serve (Calories not calculated for topping):

Fresh fruit of your choice

Honey/maple syrup

Peanut/almond butter

Yoghurt

Method

Step 1

Place all the batter ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Step 2

Heat a waffle maker/iron and pour in a few tablespoons of batter.

Step 3

Cook until the waffles are golden brown and cooked through.

Step 4

Carefully remove the waffles and serve with toppings of your choice.
