Green chilli/ red chilli as per taste

Garam masala 1 tbsp
Chat masala 1 tbsp
Ginger and garlic paste 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Amchur powder (optional)
Dried fenugreek leaves 1/2 tbsp (optional)
Heat gms oil in the frying pan on medium flame. Splutter the cumin seeds in the oil and then add roughly chopped onions and chillis. Saute the onions until they turn golden brown and then add ginger garlic paste. Wait for few seconds and then add chopped green beans, peas and capsicum. Saute them until they are % cooked. Now add garam masala, chat masala, amchur powder, dried fenugreek leaves and spinach to it. Mix every thing together and turn off the gas after spinach has softened. Let the whole mixture cool off. Put the mixture into the jar and coarsely grind them. Now, In a bowl add mashed paneer, veggies mixture , oats powder and salt. Mix properly and refrigerate it for mins to hour. Preheat the oven at F or degree C. Make small patties of the refrigerated mixture. Place them on the baking tray(best to place parchment sheet on the tray). Bake them for min and then turn them over, Brush it with the remaining oil and bake for another min . Take them out and serve them with green chutney or sauce.
