Step: Take Avocados cut into HalfStep Step: Scrape out about tbsp of AvocadoStep Step: Crack Eggs in a Bowl & Beat itStep Step: Add tsp Red Chili Powder, Salt As Per Taste, tsp Crushed Black PepperCornsStep Step: Add Finely Chopped tbsp Spring Mix, Bell Peppers, Jalapeno, Onions, Tomato, Cilantro. Step: Beat Eggs & Veggies. Step: Cover Baking Sheet with Aluminium Foil, Place Avocados. Step: Fill Eggs-Veggies Mix in Avocado. Step: Spray Oil. Step: Preheat oven to *F/*C. Step: Place Avocado Eggs in oven & bake it for mins. Step: Spray Oil on a Pan. Step: Once Oil is hot Pour Egg-Veggie Mixture. Step: Slowly Start Breaking Apart with the help of your Spatula. Step: Let it cook for at least mins on a medium flame keep stirring. Step: It's READY!!! Step: Baked Avocados Eggs are ready to serve. Step: Serve it on a plate with veggie scrambled eggs.
