1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda and pink salt
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Nuts ( almonds, walnuts, cashew ) 15 pieces
3 eggs
30 gm olive oil
Take half cup atta, teaspoon baking powder, half teaspoon baking soda and pink salt, mix it. Then add / th cup olive oil/ refined oil, eggs, teaspoon vanilla essence, cup grated carrot. Now in a mortar and pester take one cinnamon stick and - sugar free tiny sugar tablets( stevia /honey u can use) and grind into a fine powder.Now mix it well and beat it properly. Sprinkle nuts on top.Pre heat the oven for minutes. Put the mixture in the baking pot and bake for minutes in degrees. U can use pressure cooker too for this.
