✔️Oats flour 80g ✔️Whey protein powder 15g (chocolate flavor) ✔️Baking powder 5g ✔️Cinnamon powder 1/2tsp ✔️Cashew nuts 30g ✔️Chocolate chips 15g ✔️Apple 80g ✔️Carrot 50g ✔️Eggs 2 ✔️Melted butter 15g ✔️Zero calorie sweetener as per taste (I used 20g)
Heat the oven at degrees while you prepare the cake batter. . Mix all the dry ingredients and keep aside. . Chop cashew nuts into small pieces and keep aside. . Grate the carrots and apples. . Now mix butter with eggs and whisk. Add zero calorie sweetener and whisk again for minutes. . Add dry ingredients little by little. Add grated carrot and apple. Add half of the cashew pieces in the cake batter and mix well. . Grease * cm baking tray and pour the cake batter and tap it well on the table top to spread it even. . Decorate with chocolate chips and the remaining cashews. . Bake it in the oven for minutes at degrees.
