Chole - 50 Grams
Onion - 25 Grams
Tomato - 50 Grams
Ginger - 1 Inch
Garlic - 3-4
Spices - Salt, Red chilli powder, Turmeric, Coriander powder, Chole masala, cumin powder, carom seeds, 2 cloves, 2-3 black pepper, cinnamon 1 inch, Bay leaf 1, Cardmom 2, Dry mango powder
Refined - 5 Grams
Tea - 1 Tsp
In a muslin cloth wrap tea with whole spices.
Boil chole along with wrapped muslin cloth till - whistle blowing n low flame.
Finely chop onion, ginger and garlic.
Make puree of tomato.
Add oil in a wok and add carom seeds then ginger and garlic.
Add onion and saute till onion are slightly brown.
Now add salt, turmeric, coriander powder, red chilli powder, chole masala, dry mango powder, cumin powder and then tomato puree.
Let it cook for - mins and then add chole and stir it.
Add water of boiled chole (- serving spoon) and let it cook for - mins to achieve the nice consistency.
