Amaranth flour 50 gm
paneer. 50 gm
potato 100 gm
salt
chilly
coriander leaves
cumin seeds
ghee 10 gm ( for cooking)
mix all the ingredients and make a soft dough
u can add little amount of water if required
now make equal balls from the dough
since amrathan flour is difficult to handle, u can use a cotton cloth and spread some water on it
then put the ball on it and gently press all the corners till it get a chapati shape
then put it on non stick tawa and cook it with ghee like paratha
u can enjoy these parathas with green chutney and curd
