spices: kitchen king, garam masala, salt, oregano, chilli flakes as per taste

boil potato
meanwhile cut a big ring of onion fir the burger and the remaining in small pieces, same with tomato
put gm ghee on a non stick pan and add onion. add little salt and saute it.
once its light brown add tomato
cover for minute and add kitchen king, garam masala
once the potatoes are boiled mash them and add it to the pan and add some more salt as per taste. cover it for - mins
take the mixture out in a plate and let ut cool for mins
once it cools down make a ball and flatten it as per the size of burger bread
add gm ghee to the same pan
put the tikki and cover to mins
add gm ghee and turn the tikki
meanwhile cut the burger bread and put cheese on top half of the bread and grill for mins
put the tikki on the bottom half of the bread
add yoghurt sauce, tomato and onion
for yoghurt sauce: mix yoghurt, oregano and chilli flakes
the tasty serving is ready
