Aloo Beans Paneer Stir Fry

Ingredients

150 gm green beans cut length wise

150 gm potato peeled and cut length wise

150 gm paneer cut length wise

10 gm olive oil

Salt to taste

whole cumin, turmeric, coriander, garam masala, paprika/kashmiri red chilli as desired

Method

Step 1

Heat oil in a non stick pan. When oil is hot add whole cumin.

Step 2

Once cumin starts to splutter, reduce the flame to lowest. Add the beans and aloo. Add salt to taste. Mix well. Cover and keep stirring intermittently on low flame until the beans and aloo are % cooked.

Step 3

Then add Turmeric, kashmiri red chilli/paprika and coriander masala. Mix well and cook until beans and aloo are fully cooked. Keep flame low and stir continuously otherwise masalas will stick to the pan. Add splash of water if necessary.

Step 4

Lastly add paneer, sprinkle garam masala, mix well and cook for another minute. Tadaa stir fry is ready. Enjoy!
