Soya chunks raw :40 g ( grind in a grinder)
Cabbage :50g finely shredded
Any chopped green veggies: as per your choice
Egg whites:2/isabgol/ 1 tsp flaxseed (powder) mixed in 3 tsp warm water
Dhania jeera powder:1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste:1 tsp
Ghee / butter / coconut oil:5g
Ajwain:1 pinch
Finally Chopped chilli,corriander leaves
Turmeric powder
Red chilli powder
Salt to taste
Grind raw soya chunks in a grinder to a powder form
Mix chopped veggies, dry spices,salt to soya chunks powder
Lightly whisk egg whites ( optional) Or use isabgol/ flax egg ( grind tsp flaxseed, mix this powder in tsp warm water,whisk to a gel like mixture
Add egg whites mixture/flaxseed mixture/isabgol in water to soya & veggies
Mix everything lightly, knead to form a dough which can be pressed on pan
Add water if necessary, dough should not be too tight
Brush ghee on nonstick pan Or on a butter paper sheet
Spread mixture on it (thickness approximately of stuffed paratha )
Make some holes in it
Put it on pan , cover with lid
Cook for - mins & remove lid
Turn & drop some ghee in the holes made in thalipith
Roast other side without covering with lid
Done !!! Enjoy with curd or white butter homemade / chutney ( whatever fits in your macros )or as it is !!
