Ingredients

Egg -1

Tomato puréed - 100 g

Onion - 50 g

Oil - 5 g

Maize Flour - 15 g

Multigrain Flour - 10 g

Mushroom - 200 g

Sweetener of choice - 1 tsp

Dark Soy sauce - 1.5 tsp

Vinegar- 1/2 tsp

Chopped green chilli - 1 tsp or as per taste

Chopped ginger - 1 tsp or as per taste

Chopped garlic - 1 tsp or as per taste

Salt and pepper as per taste

Red chilli powder as per taste

Method

Step 1

In a bowl mix beat egg with salt, black pepper, Maize flour and multigrain flour

Step 2

Add mushrooms to the mixture and mix it well

Step 3

Grill them in a preheated oven for min at C and then - min at C

Step 4

In a pan, heat oil and add chopped chilli, garlic and garlic. Cook it for - sec and then add chopped onion to it.cook it for another - min

Step 5

Add puréed tomato to it and add soy sauce, vinegar and sweetener. Cook it for - min

Add air fried mushrooms to it. Cook everything together for few min
