Chicken breast - 100 g
Spaghetti - 100 g
Garlic - 5-6 cloves
Parsley/coriander - Handful
Red chilli powder - half tsp
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste
Pepper
1 chicken stock cube
Lemon juice
Marinate the chicken breast with salt, pepper, ginger garlic paste & Tbsp lemon juice.
While the chicken is marinating, put the spaghetti for cooking like the instructions.
Take olive oil in a large pan, add finely chopped garlic & let it fry for a few minutes, add the red chilli powder, chicken stock cube & the very finely chopped coriander to this & let it all cook for another minute or .
Fry the marinated chicken in another pan with slight amount of oil.
Once the spaghetti is done, pick it from the vessel & add it to the pan, get some of the pasta water along with it so that it the dish gets creamy.
Add the cooked chicken to it, squeeze some fresh lemon juice on top & toss everything around. It's time to enjoy the easiest & delicious spaghetti you've ever had.
NOTE: The recipe is originally just spaghetti, garlic, parsley, red chilli powder & olive oil. I've given it my own twist to add lemon to the chicken & into the dish to take it a step further! ❤️ Hope you all liked the recipe! Do check out my other recipes too!
