wheat flour ( 30 gms)

soya chunks(20 gms)

potato( 50 gms)

onion ( 10 gms)

oil( 3 gms)

curd ( 50 gms)

salt

Cumin seeds

Ajwain

chilli powder

Method

Step 1

Grind the soya chunks to the fine powder Add the soya chunk powder to wheat flour Add salt and water to it and make a dough For filling boil and smash potato.. Add chopped onion and ginger to it Add cumin seeds , ajwain , chili powder , salt to it and make the filling.. Make a ball of dough and roll it to the flat layer.. Stuff the filling into it and roll evenly into paratha.. Shallow fry them on pan or tava by applying oil.. aalo paratha is done .. Serve it with curd..
