Mango - 100 g (diced)
Rice - 40 g (made into flour)
Low calorie sweetener - 7 g
Mango flavoured whey - 1 scoop
Milk - 200 Ml
Pista - 5 g
Cinnamon - Sprinkle
Salt - A pinch
To make the rice flour, I usually blend it till it becomes a fine flour like consistency.
Add the rice, milk, whey, pinch of salt, sprinkle of cinnamon and sweetener to a vessel on low heat and let it cook slowly. Make sure you keep mixing it so it doesn't get stuck to the bottom or become lumps.
If the rice has absorbed all the milk, add some water to make it smooth. Make sure it doesn't lump up or stick to the bottom.
Once the rice is really well done and the texture is really smooth, add the diced mango once the cream of rice has cooled.
Mix it all well, top it with some fresh pista and sprinkle some more cinnamon on top. Now it's time to enjoy your delicious, high protein and tasty cream of rice!
