Mozzarella cheese 50grams

zucchini - 200grams

Tomato or any vegetables of your choice

oats 35grams

Method

Step 1

wash the zucchini, and grate it

Step 2

squeeze all the water from the shredded zucchini

Step 3

take grams of oats and roast it using a pan

Step 4

In a mixing bowl add the roasted oats and shredded and squeezed zucchini, to give it a good mix in order to make a pizza dough .

Step 5

pre - heat the oven and make a circle of the prepared dough

Step 6

let it bake for mins

Step 7

Flip the pizza dough to bake it another side. Allow it to cook for another mins

Step 8

and sparkle the shredded mozzarella cheese

Step 9

add any other vegetables of your choice

Step 10

let it cook for another mins

Step 11

now your guilt free vegetables pizza is ready to serve

you can also make tomato sauce of your choice and spread it before adding cheese it also gives a good taste
