2 slices white bread 52gm

1/2 Beefsteak Tomato sliced
Raw carrot 100 gm shredded
1/2 cucumber sliced
2-3 leaves raw spinach roughly chopped
1 pinch Himalayan Pink Salt
1 pinch black pepper
1 pinch dried chives
1 small pan
1tbsp water for scrambled eggs
Slice tomato and cucumber, shred the measured carrot and roughly chop the spinach, set aside . Heat a small pan and add tbsp water to it and let it bubble up . Add two eggs and start stir them in the pan with a spoon to have a curd consistency and displace it to a plate . Take two slices of white bread and assemble shredded carrot, tomato and cucumber slices one over the other . Add pinch of Himalayan salt and black pepper . Bake it in panini maker and once done, displace the sandwich on the plate . Assemble all remainder of vegetables from The sandwich in to the plate . Add a pinch of dried chives in the scrambled eggs . Enjoy hot ☺️ Note that there is no use of butter or oil used in this recipe.
