* 40 gms soya * 50 gms marinated home made paneer * 200 gms sweet potato * Spices as per taste ( salt, green chili, coriander, ginger etc.)
Boil soya, strain and grind it with green chili
Marinate paneer with preferred masala
Boil sweet potato
Mix everything . Can be stored in the fridge upto days.
Scoop and shape out as per your choice.
Cook the portions on medium to low flame. The oil in the paneer will help cook the portions well
