Whole wheat bread 2 slices

Lettuce

Mint Coriander Chutney - not sweet

Cucumber - 2 long slices

Tomato - 2 slices

Olive Oil - 5 g

Method

Step 1

Saute tofu in g olive oil Spread chutney on side of the bread and Layer up tofu, tomatoes n cucumber Add salt n pepper to taste and brush the rest of the oil to grill the sandwich
