Ingredients

Sweet potato-100g ( boiled)

Whey -1 scoop

Almonds -2 ( optional)

Raisins -4-5 ( optional)

Cardomom powder / saffron ( optional)

Method

Step 1

Clean and boil sweet potatoes.Remove skin and cut it into small pieces or grate it.

Step 2

Mix one scoop whey with water/ milk to form a slurry not to thick not thin watery just creamy

Step 3

Mix boiled grated sweet potatoes and refrigerate for some time

Step 4

Garnish it with chopped nuts , raisins , cardamom powder or saffron

Step 5
