Roasted oats- 15gm
Curd-75 gm
Fruits of your choice - 70 gm
Soaked chia seeds and basil seeds -2 gm
Nuts- 10 gm
Take Roasted oats and mix it with curd. Add the soaked chia seeds and basil seeds Add the vanilla flavoured whey isolate (I must say it tasted awesome) Mix everything well Garnish it with fruits and nuts of your choice. Enjoy!!! You can also replace curd with coconut milk but the macros will differ in that case !
