5ml butter to lubricate the base of the pan
150 ml milk
Whisk Egg, Oats, Whey Together
Add ml milk, rest water
add pinch of baking soda and whisk again
Lubricate the pan with butter
Preheat OTG at C and bake for - minutes
I divide this over days and eat with my chai or coffee
